According to the code, the one thing that will inhibit the showing of
the option is if something is mounted.

I ran into this problem on two different machines, one with an SSD HDD and one
with a regular HDD. Both machines had Lubuntu 18.04.01 installed.
I also had the same problem today, where I installed lubuntu-18.10-beta-
