Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I think it was due to kernel
update that has been taken after the fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04
since I was trying to enable hibernation I searched the web and followed
some (how-to)s. But it was giving me this problem report.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
