This still seems to be an issue on a clean install of intrepid.

any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? If you still have a
problem, please move
If this is an issue for anyone you can just comment out the line
referring to 127.0.1.1 in /etc/hosts. (Assuming you have working DNS.)
