actually surprised that when you delete a user in horizon its deleting
the user from LDAP as well; LDAP is a read-only backend.

Thanks for your reply.
I have tried this already and its not working for me. After creating user when
i logged in first time with that user keystone is entering one record in USER
table. After deletion of user that entry is still there so i am not able to log
in again with that same user name.
