hidden .unknown and was able to de-install it and re-install it only two days
ago and it seems to work fine now... it's great to know about this other way
with synaptic though i was really at a loss, being blocked for som
This bug has been re-filed against the skype package for Ubuntu.
However, there is no skype package present in any supported version of
Ubuntu.
If you installed skype as a .deb package, you should be able to
uninstall it using synaptic (not installed by default), or using apt or
dpkg from the comm
