There is no apport.init in the debian directory by adding a symlink for
that to etc/init.d/apport I was able to get a postinst with:

if [ "$1" = "configure" ] || [ "$1" = "abort-upgrade" ]; then
if [ -x "/etc/init.d/apport" ]; then
maybe we need to call dh_installinit -papport -o?
