This bug is NOT fixed - at all.
Using LO 3.3 final on Lucid from the PPA. The "update links" is greyed
out for newly created impress files. Files created with OO 3.2 and OO
3.1 can have links updated.

the same folder as test.odp or testNoOp.odp to work properly.
Correction: instalacia.ogg can be in another folder _if_ the link in the
presentation is modified and updated (Edit|Links|Modify|Update).
