Ok I got it. Extensions got disabled when I tried to update User Themes
extension using Update button next to extension.

Just checked gnome-tweak-tool (3.26.0-0ubuntu2) on my wayland session:
all is normal.
I suppose your problem is not related to that app. Is the top icon activation
(topbar right corner)
