I used dconf editor to change the button layout. I still had to adjust
the gnome override for csd windows as well. I didn't see the button
style one, I had changed that in budgie settings. I guess the simpler
bug would be buttons on the left should mirror the right layout, as of
now they do not, in

and right buttons.
/com/solus-project/budgie-wm button-layout and button-style are the keys
you change.
Changing both of these correctly will not be overridden by budgie-
settings.

Yes, That is what Dconf is for. I don't always use it, just when apps
hide settings I want to change, or artificially restrict my options.

budgie-settings. That is by design.
