The fix for this bug was applied to Zesty via the 4.10.14 upstream
stable updates. These updates are now in the -proposed repository.
Would it be possible for you to test the proposed kernel and post back if it
resolves this bug?

The script I use to build the kernels does a "git describe" on the
commit to come up with a filename. So for this next commit:
git describe a80db69e47d764bbcaf2fec54b1f308925e7c490

However, that is reporting the closet tag and not the tag that contains
it. For that the -

I can perform the bisect for you and post test kernels. I'll perform a
"Reverse" bisect between v4.11-rc5 and v4.11-rc6 since -rc6 fixes the
bug. That will tell us the commit that fixes the bug, which we can then
SRU to the affected Ubuntu kernels.
I'll post a test kernel shortly.

Just asking, is the bisect something I need to do? Should we bisect
