I have attached a partial screenshot.
Maybe something is not as it is supposed to be and I will have to take
the time for a clean reinstall of Ubuntu Touch on my phone. Probabely

Thanks Daniel for explaining the situation! One last question, after

"com.canonical.payui_payui" application under the ubuntuone account? It
should not be there, and indeed I don't see it in my phone or in my

The good news is - yep - they are installed! :-)
The bad news is, they do not show up on the home sceen. :-(
Please see the attached screenshots.
In the store the apps are marked as installed, but, being sorted in

installing some siloes from bileto.ubuntu.com or made your system writable and

Thanks Daniel! This indeed looks like a bug on our side. But I'm
surprised that no one else has reported it, so I suspect that somehow
your device got itself into a wrong state.
I need to ask you one more information, and this might be a bit harder
to collect. I'd like you to use "phablet-shell" f
Hi Alberto,
thanks for taking time to look into this matter.

settings in german and changed to english and took them again
Regardless of the app I am trying to install the box at the top is always empty.

Hi Daniel, I need to ask you some more information, in order to
understand what's going on:
1) Can you please take a screenshot (press both volume UP and volume
DOWN buttons at the same time) of the page asking you to confirm access
to your account, and attach it to this bug report?
2) Please go
The description of this issue sounds like a bug in the online-accounts
side, as there should never be any dialog asking for confirmation to
access the U1 account from the Ubuntu Store scope. There also haven't
been any changes in the scope which would cause this.
