I can confirm this with a Turkish keyboard as well. very simple to see:
1. set keyboard to turkish qw
you might want to change the summary of this bug to something more
effective, like "writer changes font if keyboard switched and typed
characters inside a word" [I know, bad english]

rechecked with the 2.0.4 rc1 packages announced on ubuntu-devel-
announce. unable to reproduce the behaviour. I cannot see what
behaviour you really expect.
