Build in display doesn't show a screen
Thank you for the reply, Mr Salisbury.
I've installed the latest version 4.8.1 and checked the problem, it was
a bit rather worse. In unpluged HDMI case, it was fine as I expected,
but in plugged HDMI case, some errors occurred and OS couldn't properly
started up.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.8 kernel[0].
