to importing them into Launchpad, which is what you seem to be
describing in the previous two comments), see

Ah, ok. There appear to be un-imported translations on
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/xubuntu-
docs/+imports. I don't yet know how to import them, but should be able
to figure it out tonight.
