I asked another owner of Dell XPS 13 933 an he hasn't such a problem.
And I updated my XPS13 to 9360 few days ago so it'll be not so easy to
test on 9333. Can you please close this ticket (I guess it's HW related
issue)?

With 4.8 my laptop just hangs without any messages in syslog, Xorg.log
or kern.log. It can be SW or HW issue. Any advice will be really
appreciated

Thanks for your help!
My laptop was preinstalled with Ubuntu 12.04 and it hasn't such problems. 16.04
has. I tested 4.8 kernel maybe a month ago and it was the same problem. Please
let me wait until 4.9 and test it.
