submitted is not really a bug, or a problem, but rather an idea to
improve Ubuntu, you are invited to post your idea in Ubuntu Brainstorm
at http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ where it can be discussed, voted by the
community and review
Really, some applications waste a lot of space in toolbars, menubars,
etc. Being really uncomfortable for small laptops.
This is specially relevant in multimedia applications, like Totem. Such
applications should have more space for the multimedia content and less
for the toolbars.

Well, I think you could definitely call this waste of space a bug. Never
liked it. Would be great to include this as a choice, just for people
that do not search in google on their own.

it very difficult to use on small screens, e.g. 1280x800 or even
- 1027x768.
