The package in the latest development release has the man page synced
from Debian. (It looks like it is the same as linked in comment #10) I
am closing this bug and marking it as fixed. Thanks!

Should the binary really be in /usr/sbin, then? The split between
sections 1 and 8 usually follows the bin/sbin split.

Thanks for the feedback, Martin. Apologies for not tending to it sooner,
I seem to have over-agressive filtering on my LP mail, and it ended up
