I have the same problem with Kubuntu 7.10, gwenview 1.4.1-1ubuntu2. The "external tools" configuration has the "Name" set to "The GIMP" and the "Command" set to "gimp-remote -n %F". From the error message (reported above) it looked like Gwenview was executing the "Name" instead of the "Command". I
