I agree that this is a bash issue. You can use this work around for
meta-right
/bind ^[[1;3C next_window
You can get this by doing:
$ cat
*presskeybinding*
ctrl+c
$
And just /bind OUTPUT command

I can confirm it. But I think this isn't irssi's fault, since doing
meta-arrowkey in a terminal prints the same (A, B, C, D).
