Hi, the camera start up time looks to be much improved (<4s) on my MX4
and BQ M10, thanks for your quick action.
Note, after trying it a number of time on both devices, I did see a
strange thing with the BQ M10. On one of the starts it took about 14s
seconds, not sure why. After trying again it w

Multiple issues are at play:
1) the regression seemingly observed in
http://reqorts.qa.ubuntu.com/reports/qa/performance/dashboard/index.html turned
out to be only a temporary blip. Subsequent runs show that there was no recent
change in camera app startup time (on krillin).
