Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. The Netpad I was using ended up

I have delved into Ubuntu and Linux many times over the past 10 years and each
time, got frustrated and dumped it.
Linux has come a long way and the Linux Mint looked like a good alternative to
Windows.

Debian, but the solution is not as straight forward as you would assume.
