As you can see from the previous messages, Fix Released just means that
the bug has been fixed in the latest upstream kernel (v4.6) that I
tested.
After testing the kernel v4.6 I also verified that the Intel Wireless
7260 support is not an issue anymore, starting from the kernel v4.4 (I
I just accidentally clicked on "Fix Releeased" thinking it would provide
more info rather than change the status ;/

I tried to install the upstream kernel, but I think there is a
substantial problem with wifi management.
This error occurrs while installing the Kernel:

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.6 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
