Javier Antonio Nisa Avila, this has nothing to do with your problem.
Despite this, it will help immensely if you filed a new report with the Ubuntu
repository kernel (not mainline/upstream) via a terminal:

Please feel free to subscribe me to it.
For more on why this is helpful,
Andrew, the next step is to fully commit bisect from kernel
3.16.0-70-generic to 4.4.0-21.37-generic in order to identify the last
good kernel commit, followed immediately by the first bad one. This will
allow for a more expedited analysis of the root cause of your issue.

If your one of the other people that this bug affects, it might help if
you all mark at the very top "this bug affects me" if you have not

including myself and i think more than that have chimed in and said that
it also affects them.
Interesting that once my hangs were solved enough to use my machine the
thing now reboots on shut down. Windows 10 on other part of dual boot
works very well. How could Ubuntu release an LTS version knowing the
vast amounts of users that have this issue?. Or not even put out clear
warnings etc.
