This also affects Manjaro Compiz with XFCE.
It is not possible to maximize windows by pressing button in panel
directly after minimizing. One needs to change focus before which is
unexpected behavior.

This may be the true nature of bug 1195518. We should check if people
affected by it (or the many, many duplicates) have "Keep previews of
minimized windows" enabled. This can probably be fixed in the
Workarounds plugin.
