This bug report did not expire due to a Debian bug watch.
I'm not affected by the bug but looking at the dependencies of gnome-
activity-journal in 'jammy' and 'noble' I see that the package does now
depend on:
python3-zeitgeist (>= 1.0.3)
Without any response from the reporter since Ju

Thanks for reprorting the issue and really sorry for the delay in replying.
But this should be already fixed in the gnome-activity-journal package from
Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy) onwards.
Can you please check and confirm if you still see the issue on any
Ubuntu release from Jammy onwards...

Almost one and a half years later and this is still isn't fixed?!?
It's not that this takes rocket science to address... At least we see
