Hi,
thanks for submitting this bug. I suspect this is due to the current
odd situation we have - you have a qemu version installed which is in
xenial-proposed but not yet (due to final-freeze) in xenial.
You should be able to work around it by adding xenial-proposed to your
sources.list for now.
