The services mon_fsstatd and mon_procd were included into systemd with
s390-tools-statd ver.1.34.0-0ubuntu8
# dpkg -L s390-tools-statd
...
/lib/systemd/system/mon_fsstatd.service
/lib/systemd/system/mon_procd.service
