Small add: gdal depend of json-c from liblwgeom. Why not using external libjson for gdal itself ? $ lddtree /usr/lib/libgdal.so | grep -C 3 json libdap.so.17 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdap.so.17 libspatialite.so.7 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libspatialite.so.7 liblwgeom-2.1.
