FWIW I managed to forget that locking the screen triggers this bug and locked
myself out in the middle of an upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04. Oo

I have included a workaround for this on the patch attached to Bug
1565178.
There I have added a gnome-session inhibitor to block the screensaver,
on Ubuntu GNOME we will leave this running do if the user exits the
installer (rather than press restart button). They will have no screen
lock until t
