@jhodapp No, as my bug description says I just don't get sound alerts
for new incoming texts. Everything else (e.g. Telegram messages, calls
etc.) works fine. A reboot usually fixes it.

@Anupam: when you no longer receive a text alert sound, does anything
work at that point such as incoming call ringtone, playing music from
the music-app, etc? If you're experiencing the same issue as Ken here,
you won't be able to play anything until you reboot.

@jhodapp Is this same as my issue (bug #1544477)? I'm still experiencing
this pretty often. No incoming text sound alert + restart fixes it.
