And now I've just noticed that there are 2 bugs related on this issue.
First one is like the screen shot I attached on the #1 thread. This one is
fixed. Even on the Shutter 0.93.1-1.3(rev. 1278), it works fine. (I'm actually

It is almost for sure that a wrong latin1 -- utf-8 conversion has caused
this problem.
