Yea, that looks like a bug in the menu: it shouldn't take you back to
the main menu where you can choose a guided install *again* after having
done so already. If you want to set up raid on multiple disks, you need
to do a manual install rather than a guided one.

Any NEWS? Can somebody verify, that this problem exist?
Should I explain also, why I need to go this steps? I can create also a
short video from my result.

verified also with the offical release cd from 16.04 (too bad that it
could not fixed before, now we need to wait for long, that a fixed
offical cd exist) ;-(

okay, I made a short video. This only happens when we use uefi. With
Bios the bug not exist. But on 14.04 this also was not existing with
uefi.

You don't setup a raid by choosing to install to one disk, then backing
up and choosing the other. Can you post a screen shot of this hang, and
attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman after it happens?
