FFe: docker.io 1.10.2 upload to xenia
Seems mostly fine as it does not have many rdepends, and for an LTS we
should rather get a current version. Has this been tested against its
reverse dependencies (docker-compose, debocker, docker-registry, golang-
github-samalba-dockerclient-dev)? do these need updates as well?
