I believe I have the same problem. If I right click anywhere on the desktop, or even in a Nautilus window, the menu pops up. But then if I left click anywhere to get rid of the menu, it doesn't go away. Instead it requires two left clicks to get it to disappear. It doesn't happen all of the time. P
