well, the binary is 120k big and in main ... imho we could just add it
in hardys default client install and treat this as a whishlist bug

As a lot of people don't actually need this, by default we don't install
it. It should, however, be documented that it needs to be installed in
the chroot. I'll add it to the docs for Hardy.
