I have the same message here. I think it's about timezone changes in Brazil.
Have this message every day both in Gutsy (desktop) and Dapper (server) since
2007-10-15.
Brazil's SummerTime began at 14th. By the way, I'm using here, both in Gutsy
and Dapper, the package tz-brazil.
