I managed to install Ubuntu 7.10 by unplugging my other dvd-drive. After
that, no problems. After ubuntu was installed and working, I reconnected
the other dvd-drive. Then, when booting ubuntu, it took quite a long
time to boot up, easily 2-3 times longer than usual. I decided to check

Same applies to the final Ubuntu Gutsy release of my three computers, a
nondescript desktop and a Toshiba laptop boot flawlessly from this CD, and a
nondescript desktop with two hard disks does not. As I already said before,
this last desktop had no problems at all installing the tribal ver
I can confirm this, happens for me too, with final 7.10 ubuntu amd64 release.
Also the same thing with 7.10 amd64 rc.
