Marking Confirmed, Low - creating a "tiny" FAT16 partition is quite an unlikely
option, but a bug nonetheless.

And also fails for xfs; that'd be it.
The only thing which doesn't fail is reiserfs, but it freezes the
installer in virtualbox; cough.

For the record, after this failure, all configuration of the partition
types / mountpoint etc. was gone.

NB: I selected 10 MB for the partition size and before creation they
were rounded up as 8 MB in the partition list; I don't know whether
fat16 is sensible to this particular size.
