Sorry.
Its happened when I was ugrading software on gutsy.
Synaptics was not able download some czech packages from czech repositories and
some packages (restricted drivers) for ATI graphics cards, see link above.
Maybe it is ok now. I do not know, because I am trying "Hardy" now.

btw: Něco podobného se stane pokud chci nainstalovat "restricted Drivers"
Konkrétně při instalaci ATI ovladače se otevře okno a s hlášením:
W: Failed to fetch
