Driuchatyi Nikolay, I'm not sure what "HW-PHY bug" means precisely. You
may want Guo-Fu to clarify what that means (ex. firmware, hardware
design flaw, etc.).
One way to double check is test it with Windows. If you get gigabit
speeds, then I would think (perhaps naively) it's a bug in the linux
