Patrik, Nobody: I guess one reboot after the update that brought in the
"prompt the user for mic access" feature was necessary. Can we close?

I can confirm this bug on my Bq E 4.5.
Not the whole phone freezes, but the camera app.
In the system settings, no app has access to the microphone. The camera app
never asked for access.
After some trying and fiddling, I could get the camera app to record video, but
without sound.

Update: I tried before about 6 times and I got the above, now I tried
again, I got prompted this time to allow mic access and recording all of
a sudden works. Some users on IRC reported still having the issue but in
different ways. I hope they will respond to this bug or file new ones.
