installer hangs retrieving langpacks when network is down

Installation stops when installing the languagepa
same here with french (choosed at boot time with F2)
Seems like at 87%, the installer try to make a connexion to retrieve latest
locales packages
which can't succeed because we're in a private network here, and you MUST use a
proxy.
Didn't try to set the proxy BEFORE installation, will try later
