I can even not see any QT application in my menu.

I cannot confirm this for kleansweep. It shows up in the System category both
in KDE and Gnome with Gutsy.
Please re-open, if I'm wrong.
You also want to create a new task for the other packages, I've not
tested them ("Also affects distribution...").
