Yes ,when I switch tab of browser ,the screen will flicker a once !
Detail :
1,You can launch the browser
2,Swipe up and tap on "New Tab"
3,Type a URL to browse
4,New another one tab by step 2 and step 3
5,Switch to two tab by swipe up and select another one tab

Can you please describe better what the issue is? I’m afraid I don’t
understand what you mean by "splash screen". Do you see the screen
flicker/flash? If so, when? When opening the tabs view? When scrolling
it? When tapping a tab to open it?
