2:1.8.2-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 for trusty and 2:1.8.2-0ubuntu1 for wily among
others. This upload happened about a week ago.

Just upgraded. Same results.
Did a fresh install of everything. Same results.
Did the following steps:
sudo apt-get install gpgv2
sudo apt-get install gnupg2
Launch Thunderbird.
Go to the menu and choose Enigmail, then choose Preferences.
Check "Override With" and put in /usr/bin/gpg2
After
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
