I cannot test with the livecd because I know of no way to use the binary
nvidia drivers in it. I will upgrade that machine to Hardy when RC comes
out. I will test it then.

The computer I tested this on now is used by someone else and I cannot
install hardy on it. I know that this problem is specific to nvidia
cards and that it still exists in gutsy.
