Thanks for your work, there is already a 2.20.0.1 update with an updated
patch which doesn't do other changes than the new tab which will be
uploaded tomorrow and will fix this issue

The package in question is capplets-data. The bug was introduced
starting in capplets-data 1:2.20.0-0ubuntu3.
If you have cache of capplets-data packages you can verify this.
$ cp /var/cache/apt/archives/capplets-data_1%3a2.20.0-0ubunt* .
$ sudo dpkg -i ...-ubuntu1
test
$ sudo dpkg -i ...-ubuntu
