you can manage the status of your own bugs by clicking on the current
status in the yell
That's been so long ago now, it's not even applicable anymore.

Uh, no, that's a strange request. This is my laptop that is in daily use
and contains my work and important personal data. I can't just blow away
the OS and install an earlier version just to see if something works better.

There seems to be some sort of misunderstanding. The bios was outdated
but it was 202 (I think) and now it is 204 but this is the most recent
version of the bios available.
The output of the command is:
N550JX.204

The bios upgrade did change the behavior but it still crashes though n
