crash when setti
...now with a reset i get my externa display to show. but its kinda of a
duplicate of the lcd... and since the external is a wide screen it
extends beyond the internal screen.
so the internal display has 1024x768 but i can move the mouse out pass
the right and it disaperes on the internal display
same problem here,
i have a hp xt118 laptop that is connected to an external 37" lcd. when
i upgraded(clean from scratch) the external display (or any display) is
not recognized.

The problem occurred while setting up display on a projector, I am trying to
use the laptop for lecturing. I have another lecture tomorrow so will try to
set things up again. I will report back on what I find. Obviously I can only
spend 5/10 minutes trying to get th
Have you pressed the test button? Could you please describe the
situation in which this error occures in detail? What have you done
before? What was your intention?
