I doubt kdesu has been deprectated, kdesu is KDE official su program,
while kdesudo is just a kubuntu program.
Anyways if kdesudo has to replace kdesu, it seems obvious kdesudo should
depend on the package that contains kdesu and not on kubuntu-desktop.

Kdesu is deprectated, If kubuntu-desktop is installed you should have
kdesudo(and /usr/bin/kdesu should be a link tu /usr/bin/kdesudo).
